Combined with Lake Nona’s cultural attractions, public art, and diverse dining and entertainment options, the community offers a balanced lifestyle focused on innovation, connectivity, and leisure.        Role Summary The Onsite Janitorial Associate is responsible for the visual presentation and cleanliness of the associations under direction of their immediate supervisor.  This includes, but is not limited to, grounds keeping and janitorial.    Responsibilities General cleaning of common areas, restrooms, fitness areas, town center, and other areas as directed Light check and bulb change Power washing Pick up trash from lawns and common areas Blow leaves away from common areas Check pool area for trash and contaminants Empty trash bags in common areas  Assist maintenance when directed Disclaimer This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. Qualifications: High school graduate or GED required 2 Years with HOA, resort, or apartment janitorial experience required Able to follow through on directives and tasks Good Communication skills (English) – Bilingual a plus Problem Solver & self-starter Detailed Oriented Flexibility and adaptability Able to manage time between tasks Good judgment and decision-making Computer skills (MS Office)  Schedule flexibility (some weekended needed) Clean driving record with a valid driver's license required   Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance. Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks. Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors). Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
