We are currently hiring an Hourly Assistant Manager to join our team in McAllen, TX. We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality who can help support daily restaurant operations, lead a team, and provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced airport environment. The Opportunity As an Hourly Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining company standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
