Job Details: Job Location: Benton - Benton, AR, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Red Ball Oxygen Co., Inc. is a privately owned distributor of Industrial, Specialty, and Medical Gases, welding and industrial equipment, and safety supplies. We have 22 retail operations in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma with packaged gas production capabilities in Shreveport, LA, Geismar, LA, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX and Houston, TX. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and dynamic Inside Sales/Warehouse Representative to join our team! Provide sales and customer service support for walk-in and telephone customers, including identifying product needs and recommending proper product applications. Prepare customer orders, quotations, bids, and related sales transactions for welding equipment, supplies, gases, and other products. Set up showroom product displays, stock shelves, and maintain the general condition, cleanliness, safety, and organization of the showroom, store, and warehouse areas. Communicate and cooperate with drivers, supervisors, coworkers, manufacturer sales representatives, and RBO sales/customer service employees regarding delivery manifests, product issues, promotions, training, quality standards, procedures, rules, regulations, and other assigned responsibilities. Receive, process, pick, unload, label, store, and enter new warehouse stock products and inventory items into the computer system as required. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, staging, loading, shipping, and filling back orders. Perform cycle counts, inventory control activities, audit support, and required computer transactions; report discrepancies and coordinate inventory adjustments with the Purchasing Department. Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding stocking issues, disposal of dead stock, sourcing materials for customers, and expediting orders. Check in equipment repairs, perform non-major equipment maintenance or repair, assemble new welding equipment for display, and operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment in accordance with procedures.
