Summary: In this role, you will support client access and maintain contact data integrity across multiple systems. You will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot registration and access issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. You will also maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records, support data reconciliation efforts, and contribute to efficient workflows that enhance the client experience. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming client inquiries through the shared phone line and inbox, providing timely and professional support. • Assist clients with website registration, password resets, and access issues across Vizient Strategy Intelligence platforms. • Collaborate with Support, Product Development, and IT teams to troubleshoot complex access issues and track resolution tickets. • Document client interactions in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. • Create, update, and deactivate client contact records to reflect organizational and role changes across systems. • Partner with Enterprise Contact Data Management to reconcile new and modified contact records and resolve discrepancies. • Coordinate organization and client ID mapping audits with internal teams to prevent registration and access issues. • Route inquiries outside of access support to appropriate sales, account, or internal teams. • Maintain workflow documentation and standard operating procedures to support consistent processes and continuous improvement. • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Relevant degree preferred. • 2 or more years of relevant experience required. • Experience providing client service or support in a professional environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, systems, and business functions. • Familiarity with CRM platforms, contact data management, and single sign-on concepts preferred. • Experience troubleshooting website registration, login, or access issues preferred. • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and supporting healthcare clients. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
