The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and resolving any issues. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier booth and surrounding areas. - Monitor and report any discrepancies or unusual activities in the parking facility. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security. - Perform routine checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new cashiers as needed. Qualifications: Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred. - Experience handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
