Job Details: Job Location: Bala Cynwyd Office - Bala Cynwyd, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We are seeking a skilled, personable, and motivated part-time Licensed Aesthetician to join our plastic surgery practice in Bala Cynwyd. The ideal candidate will have experience with aesthetic laser treatments, customized facials, and medical-grade skincare, along with a strong understanding of skin health and post-procedure skincare protocols.  This individual will play an important role in enhancing patient outcomes by providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, educating patients on proper skincare before and after procedures, and recommending personalized skincare regimens to support healing, skin health, and long-term results. Qualifications: Perform customized facials and other aesthetic skin treatments based on individual patient needs. Operate aesthetic laser and energy-based devices within the scope of licensure, training, and practice protocols. We currently offer Harmony XL and V-Beam laser. We also have SkinPen microneedling and Hydrafacial. Educate patients on appropriate skincare routines before and after plastic surgery and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures. Provide guidance on post-procedure skincare, including cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, and product use, in accordance with physician-directed protocols. Recommend medical-grade skincare products and develop individualized skincare regimens. Assess skin type and condition to help determine appropriate treatments and skincare recommendations. Collaborate closely with plastic surgeons and clinical staff to support patient care and optimal aesthetic outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records and document patient skincare recommendations. Follow all infection control, safety, and equipment protocols. Maintain knowledge of current aesthetic treatments, skincare products, laser technologies, and industry trends. Deliver an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
