Production Supervisor PRIMARY DUTIES: • Coordinate, plan, and execute the daily activities of departments. • Establish priorities for specific customer orders. • Review crewing guide and work orders daily. • Monitor manpower to coordinate proper workflow. • Set up schedule for fabrication and completion departments to assure proper workflow. • Inventory control of finished parts as well as components in the bunks. • Confer with departments to determine progress of work. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred. • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required. • Knowledge of AX operating system a preferred. SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: • This position has supervisory responsibilities. ***This is a salaried exempt, full on-site, 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) position located in Bradford, PA***
