Position Summary: Under the supervision of the New Truck Sales Manager, the New Truck Salesman is responsible for selling new equipment, revenue generation, and achieving customer satisfaction Essential Duties and Responsibilities : • Responsible for the sale of new trucks of all varieties in stock • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail and networking. • Maintains detailed and accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities. • Gathers and submits detailed business information for pricing, and presents solutions to identified prospects. • Helps to maintain the New Truck lot. • Other duties as assigned Note: Job descriptions may be subject to change based on organizational needs.
