What We Offer • Competitive Pay: $34–$36 per hour, paid weekly • Flexible Employment Options: PRN and part-time opportunities, potential for full-time hours • Create Your Own Schedule: Manage your availability and scheduling through communication with our scheduler • Variety of Shifts: Days, evenings, and overnights • Flexible Shift Lengths • 24/7 On-Call Support from an Interim HealthCare team member • Free Continuing Education Courses • Health Insurance: Available after one year of full-time employment, based on eligibility • 401(k) Retirement Plan based on eligibility • Supplemental Aflac insurance based on eligibility after 90 days of employment Licensed Practical Nurse Job Responsibilities As an LPN working with Interim HealthCare, responsibilities may include: • Providing nursing care and supporting clients health, safety and comfort and well-being • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders, Interim policies and applicable regulations • Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises • Completing nursing assessments with appropriate monitored according to plan of care • Monitoring and recording vital signs • Observing clients for changes in condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members • Identifying and reporting concerns related to patient care, medications, or medical equipment • Qualifications • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or eligibility for license through reciprocity or multi state privileges, as applicable • Must be at least 18 years of age • Previous LPN experience required – 1000 hours worked • 1 year pediatric experience • Current CPR certification required; on-site CPR certification is available for qualified candidates • Must maintain all required certifications, qualifications, and professional standards • Ability to provide compassionate, professional care in long-term care in a variety of different home environments Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
