Requirements • Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in an automotive service environment, preferably with luxury vehicles. • Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, diagnostics, and tools. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service standards is a plus. • Relevant certifications and training related to automotive repair and safety.
