• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled • Verifies that funds have been collected and correct lien holder paid off before processing title application • Prepares payoff checks for trade-ins • Bill out Dealer Trades and Wholesales, send out and collect titles and funds. • Reassign and track all titles, make sure all paperwork is filled in correctly. • Post vehicle purchases daily, make sure all documents for deal are signed and completed correctly. Must have previous title experience/ billing clerk experience Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus. This is a full time position. Monday thru Friday 8:30- 5:30
