This role ensures the availability, integrity, and security of identity and access management infrastructure, including Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy, DNS, authentication services, and hybrid identity integrations with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain Active Directory forests, domains, organizational units (OUs), users, groups, and computer accounts. • Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and operational standards. • Support authentication and authorization services, including Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP. • Monitor and maintain Active Directory replication, domain controller health, and directory service performance. • Implement and support Active Directory security hardening and privileged access controls. • Investigate and resolve identity, authentication, and directory-related incidents and service requests. • Perform Active Directory backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing activities. • Support hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID. • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and strengthen identity security controls. • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards. • Participate in audits, compliance initiatives, and access certification reviews.
