Qualifications: • Valid and current LVN license in the state of Texas or compact state. • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting • Knowledge of home health regulations and general healthcare compliance. • Experience with HCHB EMR. (preferred but not required) • Excellent communication and people skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
