What You’ll Do Customer Service & Project Coordination • Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right signage and graphic solutions for their needs. • Communicate with customers throughout the project, from the initial inquiry to the final product. • Prepare quotes, enter orders, track project details, and keep jobs moving forward. • Coordinate with the production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. • Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional, and dependable service. Graphic Design & Creative Production • Create and prepare artwork for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, window graphics, and other printed materials. • Work with customers to understand their vision and turn it into effective, eye-catching designs. • Review artwork for accuracy, layout, spelling, sizing, and production requirements. • Make design revisions and prepare print-ready files. • Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: • Has a creative eye and a strong attention to detail. • Communicates clearly and enjoys helping people. • Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through on commitments. • Is comfortable learning new software, systems, and production processes. • Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. • Understands the importance of accuracy, deadlines, and excellent customer service. Graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are highly preferred. Experience in the sign, print, or graphics industry is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude go a long way.
