Benefits: • 401k Retirement Plan • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Disability Benefits • Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Responsibilities: • Assist fleet, commercial, and retail customers in identifying and selecting the correct medium duty parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner • Look up parts by VIN, part number, and catalog, including diesel engine, brake, suspension, electrical, and drivetrain components • Locate or order parts as needed, prioritizing downtime-sensitive orders for commercial customers • Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts for repair orders • Prepare invoices for counter, phone, and fleet account sales • Answer phone calls and assist customers over the phone • Follow up with customers on special order and backordered parts • Keep the parts manager informed on the status of accounts and fleet orders • Maintain a professional appearance Qualifications: • Stable work history with demonstrated success • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Must pass a background check and drug screen • Medium duty, heavy duty, diesel, or commercial truck parts experience preferred • Experience with Tekion (ADP) is a plus Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
