WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive compensation based on experience • Four day schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM with a 1‑hour lunch (no weekends!) • A friendly, respectful family environment where your input matters • Opportunities for growth across departments RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive company and customer vehicles safely around the dealership and to off‑site locations • Write and review loaner contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance • Assist in managing loaner inventory, including tracking availability and vehicle condition • Stage and organize key and vehicle inventory to maintain an efficient and orderly system • Clean inventory vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers and internal use • Assist in hybrid tasks across departments including service, sales, and administrative support • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all dealership procedures and safety protocols REQUIREMENTS • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities • Professional communication and customer‑service mindset • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Basic computer skills; ability to learn dealership systems quickly If you’re looking for a career with a dealership that values your time, respects your talent, and supports your growth — come find your place in the Reynolds GM Subaru family.
