Roles and Responsibilities: • You will perform hands-on work to apply your classroom experience to real-world projects and help you envision your future career. • You’ll be an active member of our construction administration team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced construction personnel. • You’ll be introduced to Wilson & Company’s culture, helping you evaluate our firm as a future career choice. • You will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate with partners to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment. Required Skills: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel required. • Ability to commute to/from school to the office or project site. No remote work anticipated. • Highly responsible and dependable. Capacity to manage and maintain a sustainable balance between school, internship, and personal demands. • Work cooperatively with team members in addition to other Wilson & Company Divisions throughout our 3 Colorado offices (Loveland, Denver, Colorado Springs). • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Positive attitude • Ability to work with a team under corresponding supervisor. • Ability to work outside on an active construction site. Required Experience: • Registered as a Junior or Senior studying construction or related field at a local college or university.
