• Book new patient appointments on-site and collect deposits

• Keep the event supply kit stocked and ready to go
• Arrive early and coordinate with hosts, vendors, and restaurant staff
• Support lunch-and-learn events: keep the agenda on track, handle payments and scheduling appointments

• Capture photos and video for marketing and training
• Assist with in-office events and attend team meetings as requested
What You Bring
• Confidence approaching strangers and a natural, friendly sales instinct
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Eagerness to learn procedures and patient engagement scripts
• Comfort with email, basic tech, and tracking systems
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Availability for evening and weekend events

• Stand for 4+ hours at a time
• Set up and transport tables, chairs, and a portable tent (for outdoor events only)
Why Join Us

• Flexible part-time schedule
• Meaningful work connecting people with care that improves their lives
