Responsible for implementing and monitoring the strategies and activities of MPC and the accompanying administrative work to fulfill the action plans. Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operation of MPC • Collaboration with other management staff to monitor the prevention budget and the implementation of the strategies • Participate in and support the sustainability activities that include fund raising and grant writing • Monitor the timely achievement of the identified goals and objectives • Attend required meetings and trainings • Act as liaison to Committees • Collaborate with the prevention team members to collect data and compile reports • Administrative work that supports the strategies and activities • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications and Competencies: Bachelor's Degree required Experience in substance abuse and mental health prevention services Knowledge and experience in prevention, behavioral health and substance abuse Good communication and documentation skills Computer literacy/skills Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis Bridges Healthcare is a valued and trusted community partner.
