As an RN Charge Nurse, you'll play a vital leadership role on the evening shift, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting team members, and fostering a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence. Schedule: Full-Time Evening Shift Compensation: $44.00 - $57.00 per hour (Final offer reflects the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background). What You'll Do • Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the evening shift. • Assess resident needs and coordinate individualized care plans. • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, GNAs, and other care team members. • Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status. • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. • Serve as a resource, mentor, and role model for nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment. What We're Looking For • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland. • Graduate of an accredited nursing program. • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior care preferred. • Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Commitment to providing person-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
