As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.76 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:45 AM - 04:15 PMSat08:45 AM - 02:15 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution. • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalation protocols. • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, access points, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. • Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. • Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: • Possess an Armed Guard Card/License. • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Participate in industry-specific security training programs. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
