We do not offer H-1B or other visa sponsorship for this position. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design of various HVAC mechanical systems and have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. What we offer: • Health, dental, vision insurance, short and long-term disability • 401k with employer contribution • PTO and Paid Holidays • Continuing education assistance Responsibilities: • HVAC and Ductwork design • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation • Prepare heating, ventilation, and air conditioning load calculations • Calculate construction cost estimates • Work on multiple projects, including commercial, retail, healthcare, data center and more • Review and answer RFIs, review shop drawings, participate in field observations, and write reports • Collaborate with other disciplines such as architecture, electrical, civil, etc. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Experience in HVAC / Mechanical Design Engineering. Experience working on commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, education, or mission-critical projects a plus. • EIT or PE license is highly preferred, but non-licensed candidates will be considered for Designer positions. • Experience using Revit and AutoCAD is required. • Experience using Trane Trace, Trace 700, and/or Carrier HAP is a plus.
