Key Responsibilities • Implement the organizational strategy and align efforts towards collaborator business requirements. • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and manage training for the team. • Provide opportunities for coaching, mentoring, and feedback to staff and management regarding training and learning. • Continuously advance customer service standards and promote a culture of innovation and automation within the team. • Build and maintain relationships to expand networking opportunities. • Ensure the audit preparedness of the unit at all times. Who You Are Qualifications • Proven ability to work actively and closely with leaders to devise plans to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Strong understanding and implementation of PGS central initiatives and business objectives. • Experience in crafting and monitoring action plans for under-performance. • Ability to build an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. • Demonstrated ability to provide the team with clear direction and support.
