• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Forecasting, or Advanced Analytics. • Hands-on experience building large-scale forecasting solutions in Azure Databricks. • Experience working with millions of time series and distributed computing environments. • Experience in retail, supply chain, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods domains preferred Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong mathematical and statistical background. • Deep understanding of forecasting theory and practical implementation. • Comfortable working with sparse and intermittent demand datasets. • Ability to design scalable forecasting architectures. • Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
