Total Rewards Manager
San Francisco, CA | On-site
Base Salary: $170,000–$220,000 annually
Seeking a Total Rewards professional to lead compensation and benefits strategy, partnering with People, Finance, and business leaders to build competitive, equitable programs that support employee retention and business growth.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on oversight of compensation planning, market benchmarking, salary structures, and benefits programs.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in both compensation and benefits. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
