This position performs a variety of activities related to the assembly and service of food to patients and /or guests. Promotes excellent customer relations, team orientation, conserves resources, support continuous quality improvement, and enhances the patient experience. Service Rep Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent preferred • At least one year of food service experience preferred. • One year of cashier experience in food service preferred. • Culinary training and nutritional knowledge preferred. • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and meal tracking preferred. • Knowledge in food safety and sanitation standards preferred. • General math skills and legible handwriting for reports. • Verbal and public relation skills necessary to relate effectively with others. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of basic nutrition and special diets. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • This position is a Safety Sensitive Position.
