Company Description Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program Projected Opening January - Start date December Night Positions 7p-7a The Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, offering a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care—including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building—to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community. Staff are part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, resilience, and improved access to behavioral health services across Northern Michigan. Builds healthy, supportive patient relationships and practices effective interpersonal skills at all times. Completes clinical reports and documentation in a professional and timely manner.
