POSITION: Health Educator I – Part Time, No Benefits *May underfill as a Health Education Technician – Part Time, No Benefits This is a Part Time position and does not include benefits. Starting Pay: Health Educator I - $24.95 - $28.67 Health Education Technician - $23.27 - $26.74 Salary will be determined upon experience and or education Job Qualifications: (Minimum Hiring Requirements)- Health Educator I: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Health, Community Health, Health Promotion, Public Health, or a closely related field. 2. Two (2) years of work experience in public health or a related field. 3. A completed, related master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of health education work experience. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: 1. Applicants must be eligible to become a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and/or Certified in Public Health (CPH).
