As a Journeyman Industrial Electrician, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems that power our production lines, helping us deliver quality candy products every day. What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial mechanical systems and production equipment • Support safe, reliable operation of manufacturing lines through fast, effective troubleshooting • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical and automated systems • Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics/pneumatics and servo motors • Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and safety circuits • Partner closely with production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance • Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements Why This Role Stands Out This is more than a maintenance role.
