This vital role ensures smooth patient flow and a positive experience for all visitors by managing appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification. Schedule & Perks • Full-time, Monday–Friday • Clinics close at 2 PM every Friday • Up to 200 hours (5 weeks) PTO annually • Employer retirement contributions • Meaningful, mission-driven work Requirements • High school graduate or equivalent • Professional office and/or customer service experience • Basic office skills such as typing and filing • Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.
