Qualifications: What You Bring Experience in welding, industrial gases, or related applications (preferred) Retail or inside sales experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with industry products is a plus Comfort using handheld systems (Zebra or similar)   Education High School Diploma or equivalent   Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day Frequent use of hands and arms; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching Ability to lift 25–75 lbs occasionally Strong visual awareness (close, distance, and depth perception)   Ready to Build Your Career With Us?
