Position Details • Location: Cumming, GA • Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday • Hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM • Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly • Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Primary Duties • Toileting and personal hygiene assistance • Transferring assistance using a Hoyer lift • Bathing and dressing • Skin care and oral care • Companionship and client interaction • Light housekeeping • Additional care as outlined in the client's Plan of Care Responsibilities • Assist the client with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. • Safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift in accordance with training and the care plan. • Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate nursing staff. • Provide companionship and emotional support. • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment. • Follow the established Plan of Care and all applicable policies and procedures. • Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications • Current CNA certification. • Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred. • Experience with Hoyer lift transfers is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliable transportation. • Dependable, compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs. • Ability to work independently while following the established care plan.
