Applicant will be responsible for leading the F-35 Structures Software Development team in developing current and new toolsets in support of the technical analysis and generation of quarterly Structures fleet tracking reports (Individual Aircraft Tracking, Loads/Environment Spectra Survey) for the Operational F-35 Lightning II fleet. Typical duties assigned to this position: • Lead a software team through Agile software engineering design and development • Employ your expertise, decision making skills, and independent judgment in technical areas • Lead Design Review activities including generating presentation materials • Communicate essential information and coordinate with engineering disciplines and functions • Support the development of program schedules, earned value criteria, and productivity metrics for efficient performance as needed • Influence and contribute to Software Design and Architectural Decisions • Ensure the established software development process is implemented successfully
