L’objectif est de former environ 600 employés à l’usine de Mirabel. Exigences - Connaissance démontrée de nos systèmes internes (CAMS), de nos processus manufacturiers et du secteur aéronautique, ainsi qu’une expérience en prestation de formation et en préparation de contenu ou de matériel de formation. - Horaire de 32 à 40 heures de janvier à mai 2027. - Travail d’équipe et habiletés de communication English The person will be responsible for the successful implementation of PEO and for providing adequate training to the plant staff. Training and Deployment Plan Preparatory activities will include: • Train the trainers. • Finalizing, adapting, and translating the training materials • Training the Change Agents — approximately one Change Agent for every 15 employees. • Training supervisors • Training end users — with an estimated average training time of three to four hours per employee. The objective is to train approximately 600 employees at the Mirabel plant. With groups of approximately 12 employees, this represents nearly 50 training groups, primarily scheduled over the three weeks in April. Requirements - Demonstrated knowledge of our internal systems (CAMS), manufacturing processes, and the aerospace industry, as well as experience delivering training and preparing training content or materials. - Temporary position from January to May 2027; 32 to 40 hours per week. - Team work and communications skills.
