Process Engineer Job Description: Photolithography Engineer responsible for sustaining existing GaAs, GaN, InP, and Si processes and developing new processes in Photolithography in the wafer fab located in Lowell, MA. Specific responsibilities include: Sustain the photo area to meet all factory indicators; plans and conducts experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle; drives improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel. Successful candidate develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
