ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: • Oversees accounts in assigned area, including meeting with customers, and resolving issues. • Performs quality control check of service areas. • Ensures all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner. • Coordinates cleaner’s schedules. • Interviews and hires cleaning staff • Provides training to assigned staff • Ensures inventories of cleaning supplies in assigned area meet company standards • Performs all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages • Other duties may be assigned as needed SKILL and/or ABILITIES • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment • Must have working knowledge of various cleaning methods. • Must have effective communication skills • Must have exceptional customer service skills • Must be able to communicate in English
