We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Tech III to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning of mechanical components, using cleaning solvents such as Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, and DI Water. The assembly will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This role is based out of Nashua, NH (NHQ) and will be on Monday-Thursday 4-10 schedule. This position is available for a 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to 1:30am. This position will come with an additional 10% shift differential on top of your base rate. Key Responsibilities: • High level of attention to detail • Clean parts for an electromechanical assembly • Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment • Follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality • Read and follow manufacturing processes and drawings • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
