Job Summary: As an intern in Digital, Marketing, or Loyalty you will supports initiatives designed to strengthen the customer experience, deepen customer engagement, and drive business growth across Walgreens. Interns will be aligned to a specific team within Digital, Marketing, or Loyalty, where they will gain hands-on experience contributing to strategic priorities and business initiatives. Depending on team placement, interns may support areas such as digital customer experiences, marketing strategy and activation, customer engagement, loyalty programs, personalization, and customer insights. The role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze business and customer trends, develop recommendations, and help bring customer-focused strategies to life. Interns will own a defined project aligned to key business priorities and present findings and recommendations to leadership upon completion. Job Responsibilities: • Performs various activities that contribute to the strategy development process for the assigned business unit. • Utilizes various tools and resources to analyze information and make recommendations to support the business. • Provides general day to day support across the various divisions within Walgreens. • Suggests recommendations to leadership for improving and updating policies and processes. • May deliver a project aligning to strategic priorities and present to manager/leadership upon completion.
