Direct Support Professional (DSP) 1:1 Community and Home-Based Support Maxim Healthcare Services **$16.00 - $20.00 per hour** Maxim Healthcare is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support to individuals in their homes and throughout the local community. As a DSP, you will work directly with individuals to provide support with daily living activities, community integration, social engagement, and personal goals. Responsibilities may include accompanying clients to appointments, recreational activities, community outings, and assisting with tasks in the home environment.
