HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: This role reports into Merchant and is based in our Buckhead office. 45%: Style Set Up /System Management • Owner of style set-up in PLM: Understand complexities of database and impacts to other systems. Strong attention to detail, ability to keep up with line changes in the system. • Analyze and report on the business performance including key findings and opportunities. 30%: Sample Management • Responsible to organize and manage all samples. • Prepare & manage materials to support wholesale sell in meetings. 15%: Strategy and Line Structure • Partner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure to drive growth. • Identify new trends and have an eye for product. • Develop awareness of competitive landscape and report on learnings. • Manage to all corporate calendar deadlines, support manager with prep for all milestone meetings 10%: Costing, Pricing, Margin Management • Support manager in style level costing and total margin roll ups. • Support design with clear communication of costing constraints. • Maintain brand pricing charts and ensure accuracy across all systems and roll ups.
