Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview An exciting opportunity for nurses who want to work in the dynamic field of Diagnostic Imaging. We specialize in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, and Interventional Radiology. Work Schedule • 40-hour position with a shift schedule of 4×10-hour shifts • Days and evenings, with occasional weekends • No holidays or night shifts required Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing various diagnostic imaging procedures. • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. • Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and respond appropriately. • Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols in procedural areas. Job Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of Diagnostic Imaging experience. • Telemetry experience is required. • Current RN license in New York is a must. Certifications • BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required. • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association is required. Uniform and Equipment Employees will be required to wear hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops, along with other infection prevention measures as needed in procedural areas.
