Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Highlights Join our team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in a free-standing emergency department located in Dallas, TX. This role is integral to providing high-quality emergency care to our patients. Shift Details • Assignment Length: 13 weeks • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend • Call Requirements: Yes Qualifications Required Skills • Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience • Minimum of 2 years of emergency room specialty experience • NIHSS certification required • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required • Active RN license (temporary license will not be accepted) Preferred Skills • Experience with Meditech documentation system is preferred Dress Code • Scrub Color: Royal Blue • Nail Policy: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails or gel • Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors, hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer • Facial Hair: Mustaches, beards, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed • Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible; individual considerations will be addressed • Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited Unit Guidelines and Policies • Floating Guidelines: As needed based on operational requirements • Attendance Policies: Adherence to the company-wide attendance policy is expected
