Physical Therapist (PT) Job Description An outpatient rehabilitation facility is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join their team in Brookings, OR. This position is focused on providing individualized patient care in a freestanding outpatient clinic. Assignment Details • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week • Contract Length: 13 weeks; potential for extension to 26 weeks • Setting: Outpatient rehabilitation • Patient Volume: Approximately 8–12 patients per day • Caseload: General orthopedics (hips, knees, shoulders, back and neck) with occasional neuro/CVA cases • Appointment Times: 60-minute evaluations; 45-minute follow-up sessions • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): WebPT • Weekends/Call: None • Holidays: Clinic is closed Care Philosophy The clinic emphasizes personalized care with one-on-one patient interactions.
