Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Collect relevant data pertaining to the patient’s health and situation. • Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues. • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve patient outcomes. • Coordinate care delivery and employ strategies to promote health and safety. • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering patient care. • Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and their families. • Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care. • Delegate and coordinate responsibilities among healthcare team members. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required. • Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required. • Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
