Registered Nurse (RN) Location Spring Hill, TN General Information • Unit Specifics: • Number of Beds: 12 • Patient Ratios: 1:4 • Type of Equipment: Hamilton Ventilator, EKG, bedside monitors • Documentation System: Meditech • Scheduling Requirements: 36 hours, rotating weekends • Floating Policy: Other Free-Standing Emergency Departments if staffing allows or unable to meet 36-hour requirement • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI (if available) Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing quality patient care and effective communication with providers and peers. Key responsibilities include: • Administering drip titrations and breathing treatments • Managing patient care needs for both pediatric and adult patients • Performing procedures such as pelvic exams, suture setup, and orthopedic splinting Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS • Ability to maintain excellent attendance and demonstrate teamwork Dress Code Preferred uniform is blue or black scrubs.
