Physical Therapist Job Overview This position is a full-time opportunity in the Home Health setting, focusing on providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes. The role involves treating an average of 6.5 patients per day, with a variety of diagnoses including Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), orthopedic conditions, and pneumonia. The therapist will be responsible for initial evaluations, recertifications, and ongoing visits for patients. Shift Details • Shift Length: 8 hours • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week • Shift Notes: 8 AM to 5 PM, rotating weekends and holidays Location This position covers multiple regions, specifically in the following areas: • Walnut Hills, OH • Evanston, OH • Norwood, OH • Reading/Lockland, OH • Elmwood, OH • St. Bernard, OH • Northside, OH • Finneytown/NCH, OH • Avondale, OH • Spring Grove, OH • Deer Park, OH • Roselawn, OH Qualifications • Required Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) • Experience: Minimum of 1 year is required; recent graduates are not preferred. Work Environment The role offers a supportive environment with a clinical manager or educator available 24/7 for emergency assistance, and from 8 AM to 5 PM for regular support. Orientation includes a two-week training period with a designated preceptor. Dress Code Professional attire is required, with scrubs or business casual clothing acceptable.
