Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a progressive care unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of nursing experience and will be equipped to provide high-quality care to our patients. Unit Specifics • Number of Beds: 12 • Patient Ratios: ICU patients 2:1; Med/surg and PCU patients 4:1 • Unit Staff: Charge RN, RNs, Patient Care Technicians (PCT) • Equipment: Ventilators, specialty beds, and occasional Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) • Documentation System: Meditech • Scheduling Requirements: Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks) • Floating Policy: Contract labor floats first • Patient Experience Requirements: Med/surg experience Required Certifications • BLS • ACLS Dress Code Mandatory uniform: Navy scrubs Awards and Recognition We value exceptional performance and recognize our teams for outstanding achievements.
