Rehabilitation Therapist General Information We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract. The position is full-time with rotating weekends, working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Unit Overview • Number of Beds: 23 • Patient Ratios: Caseload of 4-6 patients • Equipment: Various rehabilitation therapy equipment • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech; transitioning to Meditech Expanse on May 14 Qualifications Must Have: • BCLS certification • Inpatient rehabilitation experience Preferred: • Experience with skilled therapy techniques Responsibilities • Provide skilled therapy to patients in a rehabilitation setting • Adapt therapeutic approaches based on patient needs and progress • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient care Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and have a passion for rehabilitation. Required Certifications • CPR Certification • Texas State License Floating Policy Staff may be required to float to other rehabilitation locations if census levels are low.
