Job Title Travel RN – Medical Surgical Location Weatherford, TX | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 28, 2026 Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes • Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy • Adhere to all facility dress code, attendance, and unit-specific policies Required Qualifications • Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility) • Minimum 1 year of RN experience; 2+ years strongly preferred • Meditech EMR experience required — candidates without this will not be considered • Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with expected hours of 36 hours per week Preferred Experience / Skills • 2 or more years of Medical Surgical nursing experience • Prior travel nursing experience in a similar acute care setting • Familiarity with Med Surg unit procedures and patient populations Why Join Us • Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Medical Surgical setting in the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas • Supportive staffing team dedicated to matching travel clinicians with the right assignments for their career goals
