ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Monitor and control access to the catering facility and restricted areas • Verify employee, visitor, and vendor credentials and badges • Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of the facility and surrounding areas • Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations • Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift documentation accurately • Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations and medical incidents • Monitor security cameras and alarm systems • Enforce company policies, security procedures, and airport security regulations • Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor • Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors • Coordinate with airport authorities, law enforcement, and management when necessary • Perform other duties as assigned. • Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements related to product and service quality, environmental standards, food safety, and health and safety regulations. • Promote a safe and healthy work environment by preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, eliminating hazards, and reducing health and safety risks. • Compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)/General manufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by unit management.
